Food: - tom ka kai (coconut chicken soup) - pad khee mao (spicy stir fried noodles), ordered medium spicy with tofu. All tasty! Pad khee mao is good if you want lots of chewy, saucy noodles. Soup was flavorful and rich but not heavy. I don’t eat big dinners, so the 5.50 soup would have been plenty for me, especially if I’d have gotten a small side of rice. I had plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day. When: 5pm on a Monday, an hour before close. Speed: Not busy at all, though they did have a bunch of people doing takeout. My takeout was ready 5-10min after I ordered. If I had sat down, there would have been plenty of 4-top and 6-too tables open. Service: Very helpful and friendly. Waitress/ cashier answered all my questions and helped me decide what to get.

This is a great place to enjoy the food and air conditioning before events downtown or Reds games. It’s walking distance from both stadiums and close to the streetcar line. Food was delicious and the Thai iced tea was fantastic. Recommend the ginger salad, spring rolls, avocado cucumber rolls and the Pad see ew. We had great service.

My husband and I ate some delicious food while visiting Cincinnati in November. The comforting cuisine and welcoming environment was exactly what I needed as we were in town for my grandmother's funeral. This is a family owned restaruant and the owner happened to be our waiter for the evening. Everything was absolutely marvelous... from the seaweed salad, spring rolls, vegetable pad Thai and our entrees of pho and curry soups. The people working were very helpful, making wonderful recommendations, and answering all our questions about the menu. The whole experience was soo amazing and to top it all off... the owner gave us free HOMEMADE cookies and cream ice cream- that they make IN HOUSE. If you want a hearty meal for the low with excellent service either to go or in house, this is the place to be. Thank you so much again and we will be back VERY SOON.

I was not sure at the beginning. It was empty and the decor was simple. I decided to give a shot and I was happy I did it. The food is great and I will definitely come back.

I was staying at the Westin and looked up food around me and saw Lotus was close by. I’m really glad I chose it. My server was really welcoming and went above in beyond to make my meal amazing. The owner also introduced himself to me and after a lovely conversation, he gave me his homemade coconut ice cream. I usually don’t like coconut ice cream, but it was delicious. I will be back.

Phenomenal pad thai for the price. Make sure you order from their website instead of Doordash, for some reason it’s cheaper there. The hostess/server was very pleasant and provided excellent service. She said it was her first week but it was immediately clear that she cared about doing a great job. I really can’t believe food this good was only 12 bucks. Highly recommend.

The food here is amazing! I got the panang curry (hot) with tofu, and it was divine. We ordered the crab rangoon to share and they were scrumptious. Our server was top notch and super attentive! Definitely coming back.
